I need to say it, but I feel safer saying it here. Nobody reads this blog anyway ;)

The really sucky part of being a parent (especially to a teenager) is that I can't pick a giant fight about nothing on YOUR FLIPPING BIRTHDAY. Thanks ever so much for doing it on mine.
